Dick Tracy 1943 RARE Hardback SEE ALL PICS some condition issues

Dick Tracy 1943 Hardback fabric covered cover is barely attached older child has "colored" with perhaps crayon some (not all) of the pictures all pages are accounted for binding has held up one page has a dog eared corner torn off (see pic) one page has a modified torn page (see pic) pages are yellowed (the number of drawings in the book is probably 10%, more story than drawings) please ask any questions 248pgs 8x5 1/2"
