This could either be a top or a mini dress. It reads a zero but I wear a 2 to 4 and it looks darling with a black pair of boots. you can tie the middle tie as tight or is loose as you want it. Very very cute with the boots for winter. Once again not sure why it’s zero I would say 2/4.
