Diane von Furstenberg, pink and blue pumps. Women’s 6B (Italian sizing?)

Women’s colorful pumps, DVF women’s size 6B not sure in American sizing, very small shoes , probably between a 4.5 and 6 but it’s very small. Also DVF runs small.
