melliehen @sas_452 I buy all my dresses from Nordstrom who do great alterations :) I have to do that often! At a 24 inch waist size I imagine that might be your only option fit most dresses like these!

melliehen @sas_452 welll, not free, but very reasonable and they do a great job. Most dresses are too big in the waist for me so I have to get them taken in. This one I didn’t have to though
