Material is Stretchy. Pretty color and flattering fit! SIZE: Bought at their sample sale & doesn't have a size tag. Would say fit S / 2 / 4 depending on your measurements - see pics with tape measures & lmk questions. Note: the ruffle detail has thread along the edges which is loose in a few spots, but no wear otherwise. Great for Weddings, Cocktail Parties 😍
