Diamond & rhinestoned studded see through dress, w/ Diamond tassels.

I brought this dress for my birthday in February, & it never fitted. I wasn’t able to do a return , because I needed the dress for my birthday !! It’s never worn great condition I paid $415 for it so yes if you love it buy it please & thank you .
