Diamond and Ruby gold heart shaped pendant

Stunning heart shaped ruby and diamond pendant set in solid yellow gold. Pendant was purchased as a gift but never worn as this piece does not come with a chain. While I do not know details of the stones I know it was purchased from a Zales and the stones are ruby and diamond and sparkle beautifully.
