One stamped and tested 18KT white gold lady's combination cast & die struck 4 prong remount ring with a cathedral style with a polished finish. One prong set round brilliant cut diamond, measurements of 5.95 - 5.90 x 3.80mm (depth est.) approximate weight of 0.81ct.
