Dessy group green off the shoulder dress

I wore this for a black tie optional wedding once, it’s in excellent condition. It’s very elegant, I received many compliments! I’m typically a size 4, sometimes 6. This is an 8, and I was told it’s comparable to a typical size 4. I did not need any alterations. I’m 5’7 and I wore 3.5 inch heals. If I was any shorter I’d likely need to take up the bottom, but if I was a couple inches taller or more it would probably still work with no length needed to be taken up. It has a very slight train
