nervousbaby @thoughtoutlaw Thanks for your question - the flat measurement does not really help the with chest sizing unfortunately. I wear a 32C bra size and the chest is actually a bit loose on me. Hopefully this information helps! Please let me know if I can get you any additional information.

faby2kcloset @nervousbaby I am a small person, I can wear a size 4, but there isn't anyplace on my body that is 30" around. If something is that small, it is teeny.
