Desigual Charlotte Dress

Rare and Gorgeous Charlotte Maxi Dress by Desigual. Black Bodice, Empire Waist. Flowy tiers in vibrant Turquoise, Navy and Greens, in an Abstract Design. Fabric Appliqué all over the skirt. Made in Bulgaria, was sold in Europe. Found a couple of advertisements for the (sold out) dress in German and French. Labeled a Euro M but the bodice is too small for an American M at 17” across MAX, underarm to underarm. I’m calling it XS/S. (My dress form has a 34” bust and a Size XS.) I LOVE this belted with a funky belt as I’ve styled it with because, well, it’s Desigual. And I usually prefer a more fitted high waist, but that’s just me… EUC.
