Desigual Celina Noir Ruffle Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @islandtimevibe. I adore this dress but it feels tight on the chest for me and I finally accepted I can’t fix that! I’m a 34c, I’d suggest this for 32 or maybe just a smaller frame in general? I’m 5’8”, usually an 8 and everywhere else this fits fine, except for the chest: it fits, but it’s too tight. Questions?
