Designer black split velvet dress

This dress is just beautiful, extremely flowy at the bottom. It goes to the knees and is longsleeved. From the midline up it is black velvet, and from the midline down it is a flowy spandex material. (Not bodycon) Size small. No stains. No flaws. Elegant and classy **NOTE, the cover pic is an all velvet dress, but the dress I’m selling is VERY similar just the top half is velvet and the bottom half is a flowy spandex material
