Designer Picnic dress with pockets !

So cute and very nice on. This is designer Dallin Chase dress with pockets, gorgeous buttons, and a lovely classic fit. No stretch so size 4 max. I’d say 0-4 could wear it but no size 4 if you have an especially big booty, because there’s no stretch. I’m used condition but still so cute!
