This is the most amazing and sexy semi-sheer blouse made of stretch silk! Size small, it's got beautiful ruffles on the cap sleeves and is an incredible unusual dyed aqua color (note - this is NOT tie dye so it's pattern is more random). Size Small, it does have some stretch, but it may be a little tight on a regular Medium and would fit comfortably but with a touch of room on an XS.
