Converse launched One Hund[red] campaign in 2008 where they got 100 artists to design shoes. This is one of the styles chosen by the Global Artists Coalition - a nonprofit from NYC dedicated to promoting awareness and appreciation for urban art. Luckily this shoe has not ever been worn. It is in mint condition! Size Men's 7 - Women's 9. Rare find! The style is called "Mend It". A description I was able to find on the web says this shoe was designed by artist Holly Curtis.
