Design Options decorative sweater M

This fabulous Design Options by Philip & Jane Gordon sweater is a ramie/rayon/spandex blend. It has vibrant and colorful circles (on a black base) sewn all around the front and on the bottom of the back. It is three-quarter sleeves with decorative circles on the sleeves, also. Buttons up the front. Looks great with black slacks or skirts. The sweater is so much fun!
