em22trees @fireflyposh Hi! I really like this, though I'm uncertain if it will work on my induction hotplate, because of the ridge on the bottom. It's impossible to be certain from pictures, have you actually used it on an induction burner? I'm not an expert, though I believe the bottom of the pan has to make contact with the burner. I know if I lift a pan, even for a second, it turns itself off, until contact is regained.
