This is spotless and in like new condition but a zippered hood is missing. It has big vents and huge pockets. Two uppers and one on the left sleeve. All Velcro is clean and the zippers work perfectly. Cinch cords are on the waist and bottom. It’s orange yellow. Great for visibility. It’s heavy duty nylon/polyamide fabric and non insulated. 27 across armpits 31 center back length sleeves 25 from shoulder seam.
