We work for Dermawand and this is outside test, separate from the website.
We offer the same 1year warranty since we are supplied by the actual warehouse.
We handle all repairs in house, so you would just contact us through Poshmark.

Just the Preface Treatment.
Many customers use their own skincare.
You just should not use anything harsh when actually doing the treatment. Like Alpha Hydroxy.

There is nothing to view.
If we post a 1 year warranty in the listing.
We have to cover it.
This covers you if the Dermawand stops working.
It does not cover broken bulbs since that is user error
The booklet is way too small to get a photo of the small warranty print.
We have sold over 200 Dermawand’s on Poshmark.

@sbdarnell how do you prevent the bulb from breaking ?what is the cause? So I can prevent this does the machine stop working when/ if the bulb breaks

The Dermawand had a protective plastic cap that should always be on the unit when not in use.
Bulb breakage can only occur if you drop or bang the tip onto a hard surface.
I have been using these for 20 Years and have never broken a bulb
