How would you say the sizing runs for this?

@t_eid Hi! I’d say it runs true to size for a Small. I generally wear a 2-4 and think I could comfortably wear a shirt under it. I have never actually worn it and am selling it because the puffy sleeves feel “too much” for me and my age. It’s very current and fashionable for a stylish person.
