Derek Heart floral flowy boho hippie beach tiered maxi dress or layer as a winter maxi skirt. Adjustable straps, tie back, distressed seams, finished hem. Can also be worn as an oversized medium. Sized Large, measured laid flat, unstretched: chest 19", length 57" (with straps where they are, can be lengthened). Great used condition, minor imperfections (see last pic) but doesnt affect wear.
