Part of the Snow Village Christmas Lane series for Department 56 “Santa's Wonderland House" is a hand-painted house that features a train moving around a track outside (moved based on magnetic flow). There are also trees, 1 reindeer and other small pieces to complete the landscape. This set is part of The Original Snow Village Collection, designed and manufactured by Department 56. In excellent preowned condition, no chips or breakage. This item is much larger than most Department 56 houses, so can be used alone to create your own mini village or can be added to a collection with others as a highlight piece. This over-decorated house lights up (see note below) and the tiny train circle the house. Electrical: Includes power pack that moves the train, and Adapter under house to light house. NOT SURE HOW LIGHTS WORK IN HOUSE, so unsure if lights work. Due to magnetic friction movement, the train does make humming noise when circling. In original box with paperwork.
