Dept 56 Dickens Village H. Smythe Publisher and Shakespeare’s Birthplace

Preowned used and well loved. Both in great working condition. The H. Smythe publisher house is in great condition. No chips, working and clean however the Shakespear’s birthplace is incomplete, it only has the house no other pieces included. It does have couple damage. One of the bird on the roof is missing and the signage is broken both in the picture so please check. Other than that, still looking great and working great. The cover sleeve is not in great shape, it does have tear and crease but still intact.
