Dept 56 “Chelsea Market Hat Monger and Cart” set of 2 hand painted accessories

Vintage Retired hand painted porcelain accessories from Department 56’ The Heritage Village Collection. Set of 2 in original box and packaging. Hat cart has a small chip and is missing accessories (see last photo) but still would enhance any Dickens or similar village.
