Depression Glass Mosser Cherry Thumbprint Covered Butter Dish Green Opalescent Original antique Mosser - not a reproduction. Gorgeous green glass with milky white accents and pressed cherry design on the sides, ‘thumbprints’ around the top, and a scalloped base with starburst center. Nice and heavy, well made depression era glass. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or flea bites. It looks unused other than some surface marks on the base where it sits. B8

frills_frippery @rlmortensen I don’t have a black light so I’m not sure. It doesn’t have the same look as traditional Vaseline glass. I’m going to temporarily suspend the listing and see if I can get a black light or take it to get it checked. I’ll try to have that done this next week and then turn it back on.

frills_frippery @rlmortensen I checked it with a black uv flashlight in a dark room. The green doesn’t glow but the milky accents on the handle and details glow. That may be only because they are more white though. Sorry!
