Department 56 Snow Village Halloween Witch Hollow “Three Witches Cauldron Haunt”

This is in excellent vintage condition, HOWEVER, as you can see in the video, the lights do not flicker through the three colors it should. And the middle cauldron doesn’t light up at all. I am not sure nor did I attempt to figure out how these could be fixed or replaced. Has original box and styrofoam but the box is certainly in used condition. Owl is safe and sound and able to be detached for safe travels through the mail. Please see pics as part of description. This comes from a smoke free, pet and ghost friendly home.
