This Retired Department 56 North Pole Village Piece - "Elfin Snow Cone Works" is NEW in the Original Box and in Mint Condition. This piece was only taken out of the package for taking these photos. This piece is Hand Painted Porcelain and was introduced in December 1994 and was Retired in December 1997. The box was stored in our garage for years and has some spots on the front of the box and shows age and wear. Please see pictures. The Village Piece is Perfect and comes with the original cord and bulb.
