Short sleeves with elastic gathered edge. Ruffle, flair skirt. Velcro back closure. Is probably homemade. No fabric, size or manufacturer tag. Appears to be a cotton blend. Sizing still in fabric. Approximate measurements: pit to pit 11" length 11.75" waist 11"
