@girlyfajas I made a report because I was losing money, and not getting what I ordered. I wanted my original order of a 100$ jumpsuit to fit. It was too big in the butt, I asked for advice on sizing you said you couldn't exchange because you didn't have it. The catalogue you sent had n item almost exactly like what I ordered. I would pay shipping. You then sent very tiny pants I couldn't get past my knees, and another order that was definitely the wrong size. What I want is to have paid a total of 100 for a jumpsuit that fit. Communications seem difficult, and since it wasn't working out, I sent a report in. I'll send back what you sent me, you refund my money. Unless you have a better solution. I'm certainly not trying to make things difficult, I would like items to be accurate and fit accordingly. @girlyfajas I have now paid 178$+4.98 and received nothing I can wear. That is why I reported the transaction. You charged me for a jumpsuit that I sent back which I paid 100& for then 78$ for pants mis sized. This is too much money to lose. It is an unfair and misleading transaction. I am going to report the the used pants that was a 12 not a 10. It not right.

@girlyfajas I never ordered this jumpsuit. I sent back the 100$ size 7 jumpsuit and asked for advice. Then you charged me 78 for a pair of pants that my niece couldn't fit in. Probably the best solution is to send me a size 5 denim jumpsuit, refund the pants and I will forget about the pants sent for 4 bucks that are a 12 not a 1o. Does this sound reasonable?

@michelleannette I know that u not order this jumpsuit you order other style and in the jumpsuit ️size 7 that your purchase you never request advise also you write a good comments about the item. Also You agree to ship back to exchange and then pay for the label to ship back to you. About your purchases I not charged a penny or request any purchase from you if you purchase on my closet is because you want to do it. Regarding the levantacolas jeans size 3 when you request my advise before purchase you said that you are 3 or 5 so I give u my advise. But you submit a complain for false advertise and that is not true. Never ever write a false description. I told you before we are happy to exchange the jumpsuit item if you return and pay the shipping label and give us your correct size

@girlyfajas Is that why you put the catalogue in the packet? I have no problem paying shipping, the sizing is hard to understand. I'll send you my like from the catalogue. It seems like there is a big difference in sizing. Do some of. The jumpsuits run smaller than others? If do I think we can work that out. Same with the pants. I am unsure what size is right. Perhaps a small 7 in both would be best. If you give me an idea of shipping for both and advice on the small 7 we might be fine. Let's start over. If we can do this I will cancel my report. Will that work for you?

@michelleannette More off the time we included a catalogue in our orders. You not need to send back the catalogue just tell us the reference numbers of the jeans. I receive your package. At soon back to the office I will add a ️size picture that will help u. Some brands are more stretchy o bigger that others. At soon you know find the correct size 3-5 you not want to buy another jeans. The return shipping is $7 or $8 if you cancel the issue and send me back the jeans I will ship u back 2 items in the same package
