Denim dress with POCKETS

This dress is too big for me, but I picture it with red accessories... a nautical vibe. Pockets are def a bonus. It snaps all the way down. Got it at a consignment shop. There aren't any tags on it, so I dont know the brand. There are loops on either side, presumably for a belt
