this is a denim short. I hope the pictures I added give a good explanation to this piece. it is like a pair of shorts with a skirt piece in the front with functional buttons down the front for a cute detail.. the shorts have a functional zipper. this is in very good used condition. and could be used as a transitional or summer piece. size 18 womens 19 inches waist seam to seam please let me know if you have questions
