Denim Skirt with Paper-bag waist tie

Super cute skirt for spring/summer! Elastic paper-bag style waist with with tie-belt that can be removed. Purchased for sorority recruitment, wore a few times in college, hasn’t been worn since! It’s a medium, but it fits about like a size 4.
