Denim Panel Style Midi Skirt Acid Wash Light Blue Zip Front Elastic Waist NWOT

Purchased this online and can’t return. Supposed to be a medium, but it’s a small I think. Anyway, I loved the Summery Blue color and the comfy elastic waist. Like I said my waist is too big. 😢. There are no labels, but it’s a decent weight denim, definitely not Chambray. The interior seams on all the panels are double stitched really nicely. Measurements are taken flat: waist 13 inches, waist with elastic waistband stretched 15 inches, hips flat 20 inches, total length is 32 inches.
