gigikposhmark @calledbychrissy rise is 13", but now that I re-look at these I think they are much larger than 28". I think these are more like a sz 14 or 16. Waist is 15" laying flat.. I'll be changing the listing a bit. Must have been a faulty tape measure. Lol
