Democracy High/Low Tunic

This is a Democracy tunic that is gray with a white paisley and flowered print. There are ruffles on each side from neck to under arm, as shown. It has a ribbed neck and a ribbed high/low hem that is curved. It is 95% rayon and 5% spandex with a chest of 38" and a front length from neckline of 24". All measurments are approximate.
