Democracy Flocked (velvet feel) on/off shoulder

This is a new, velvety, partially sheer, peplum top with ruched sleeves that tie on each end. It is a gorgeous top! You can wear it on or off the shoulders because it has an elastic band. The color is black with bronze floral pattern. The color in my pictures turned out lighter than the real thing. The stock photos are true to color. Beautiful, loose and flowy! 💛🖤💛
