Democracy Black Pleated Spaghetti Strap Dress 2

An elegant little black dress. Never worn. Fully lined. Side Zipper. Chiffon Pleated bust. Shiny Pleated Waist. Chiffon Skirt with Vertical Pleats in a skirt. Spaghetti Straps (Adjustable). Shell & lining 100% polyester. I usually wear size 2 but this is a little small to zip up for me. (please see the dress & model measurement). Measurements are taken lying flat: Waist 12.5", Bust 15.5", Length 35" Model measurement - waist: 25", bust 32", hip: 36", height: 5’ 3”
