This is the now discontinued shade “Smoky Pink” by Ion Color Brilliance. This color is best suited for blonde or lightened hair. It is deposit only, so it cannot lighten hair. This color is ammonia and PPD FREE! It can cover or blend gray and is also safe to be used immediately after a relaxer or perm. I will include a 4oz bottle of 10 volume cream developer so all you need is gloves and an applicator!
