Dema black and white patent leather shoes size 10, but run small

Oh so collegiate! Dema black and white patent leather oxfords. NWT, size 10, but they run very small so maybe a size 9 or 9.5. These are new but have been worn inside the house hoping they would get broken in and more comfortable.
