Dell Latitude e7470 No Power

I have a Dell latitude e7470 with no power. The laptop was purchased in a lot and I am not sure what all could be wrong with it so it is being sold as is for parts broken no returns buy at your own risk. The default item description may be wrong so what you see in the pictures is what you will get.
