Delicate Sterling Silver Brooch With Water Fowl

This Brooch features two birds and foliage in a round setting. One bird is standing and one is bent over, feeding. I'm guessing it's Art Nouveau. It is perfect, no dings or scratches and measures 2" in diameter. Please if anyone knows what species of bird they are, I'd love to know. Any Ornithologists out there?

possumbly Though with the crest, they could be egrets or herons and in a less stylized piece, I'd guess that. but given the art style, I think "slightly inaccurate crane" is most likely the intent
