Delicate 9K Silver Ring

Never worn. SIZE: 7.5/7.75 Lovely silver band with a single center stone. I am unsure if the stone is genuine or not. It is stamped with "9k" on the inside of the band. I have provided a picture of this. I do NOT have any paperwork for this ring as I have owned it for quite some time.
