Excellent preloved condition / NWOT. dELiA*s brand I didn’t see a size tag but best fit a 4/6 or small/medium. Has a side zipper about mid leg above knee in length. (. NOT QUITE A MINI a lil longer but still above knee) Could be worn year round or make it a bundle with the vest shown in the pic!
