Delia’s- Y2K Mini Vest

This vest is such a throw back! I bought this from the Delia’s in my local mall sometime around 2006. This vest is well made and features details like welt pockets, stitching detail, and buttons. It is marked a size medium, but runs small. It’s in excellent condition.
