Delia short skirt. Black and white

Ok ladies, here's a really cute Delia short skirt with a little flirty flare. Size XS. White background with black design. Waistband is black. Skirt is unlined in 100% Rayon. Waistband is 90% cotton, 10% nylon (giving it stretch ability). Machine wash. Skirt has a solid black waistband that is stretchy. Waistband is 3". Waist of skirt (unstreched) laying flat is 11.25. I stretched it by hand to 16" so there's play in it. Skirt from the top of the waistband to the bottom is 15". FUN SKIRT!
