Delft Blue Hand painted Dutch Shoe

This is a cute little porcelain Dutch shoe. Blue delft porcelain. It is pre-loved and in really good shape. The colors are bright with hardly no fading. There is a Dutch Windmill on the top of the shoe with a church. There are flowers on each side. There are no chips or cracks. The inside is clean with no issues. There is normal crazing covering the entire shoe but this is normal for a piece that is vintage. It measures 5.5 inches long and at the heel is 1.5 inches deep and at the front of the shoe it is 2 inches deep. On the bottom is a sticker marked CHASE HAND PAINTED. MADE IN JAPAN On the heel of the shoe is the number 49. I have no idea what that means.
