DejaVu sailor dress

DejaVu boutique sailor dress. Worn once. Wonderful condition. 100% polyester made to feel like silk. It's got mesh pleating creating the bottom blue band. Slightly a high/low style but not extreme. The racerback also has a key hole that shows a bit of skin when you move. The dress is a size small but for loose and the belt is a small/xtra small and I'll include that with purchase.
