Deep blue embellished top

Gorgeous, light weight top with gold and rhinestone around neck. Missing 2 stones, can be easily fixed as all prongs of clasps are in place. Never worn. New with no tags, probably lost the two stones while packing and moving earlier last month. Priced accordingly.
