This is brand new, never worn. I purchased it at a sample sale. It’s a gorgeous dress that I’ve just never had the opportunity to wear. It was marked down somewhat because of a small area that was frayed at the deep the neck. It’s not noticeable on, and could easily be fixed by a seamstress if so desired.
